Hi! I'm Dave Ross and thanks for visiting my website!

While I have always enjoyed photography, it wasn't until I purchased my first DSLR camera back in 2005 that I truly became passionate about the art.

I started out shooting landscape scenes but soon thereafter discovered royalty-free stock photography and its variety of subjects. In 2006, I joined a number of stock sites on the web as a contributing photographer where my work can still be found today.

In 2007, I purchased some studio lighting equipment and set my sights on building my skills in shooting portraits.

Fast forwarding to 2018, my interests have widened even more. Today, my primary focus is creating images related to aviation, coastal regions, and rural America.

I shoot exclusively digital with a Canon 5D Mark II and Canon lenses and support photographer Vincent Versace's premise that "film is something that collects on your teeth when you don't brush!"

All of the images on this site are original works by me. I hope you enjoy your visit and that you'll return again soon to see what's new.

Thanks again for stopping by!
